5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of RaiseGrid's registration, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
5.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute regarding the Services or these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of RaiseGrid's registration.

6.1 Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

7. Special Terms
7.1 Account Termination and Suspension:
RaiseGrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to your account and any related information and content.
7.2 Changes and Interruptions in Service:
RaiseGrid continually updates and improves its services. Therefore, we may add or remove features, temporarily or permanently suspend, or completely discontinue a service.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes so that you can adjust your usage accordingly.

You agree not to abuse or excessively use RaiseGrid services.
Abuse of the service includes but is not limited to uploading excessive data or content and any actions that may disrupt, damage, or degrade the overall performance and functionality of the RaiseGrid service.

You may not spread hate speech, violent content, or any form of illegal speech through the service.

17. User-Submitted Content
17.1 User Responsibility:
You are fully responsible for all content you upload, post, email, or otherwise disseminate through RaiseGrid services, including but not limited to data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, information, or other materials.
17.2 Content License:
By submitting, posting, or displaying content through the service, you grant RaiseGrid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, distribute, create derivative works, display, and perform such content.
18. System Integrity and Access
18.1 Prohibited Disruptive Behavior:
You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of RaiseGrid services or any transactions conducted on RaiseGrid.
- You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on RaiseGrid's infrastructure.

You or RaiseGrid may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have the right to use RaiseGrid services.
25. Declaration of Independence
25.1 Contractual Relationship:
There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and RaiseGrid.
